IMPROVEMENTS:
Option to hide Item Inquiry details. Customers can now request to hide certain attributes from user-view within the Item Inquiry module of MOBILETrak. These attributes include: Unit Cost, Unit of Measure, and Status. Please contact our help desk to request to hide an attribute.

MOBILETrak user time-out length now optional. Customers can now request a customized amount of time in which to log out users from the program. Please contact our help desk to request a custom time-out. (Example: Log out all users after 10 hours automatically)

New option to add default charge/return accounts. Customers can now request to have specific GL accounts pre-populated into the Material Charge-Out and Material Return screens. A new setting was created to enable the turning on/off of this feature. Please contact our help desk to request to GL account defaults for your MOBILETrak instance. In order to accept this feature once programed, it must be enabled in MOBILETrak Settings.

Settings
2D barcodes accepted for serialized items in Cycle Count. A new setting has been added to MOBILETrak that will allow telecom and other customers to input multiple serial numbers into a cycle count through scanning a 2D barcode (QR code) with a 2D scanner. All serial numbers in the QR code must be delimited by a space, a line break, a comma, or semi-colon. In order to accept the QR code this feature must be enabled in MOBILETrak Settings.

Added counted quantity to Cycle Count list view. Users can now see the count of items currently saved in MOBILETrak but not yet submitted to the ERP listed in parenthesis on the Cycle Count list view screen. The amount in parenthesis will display a cumulative total of the item count in cases where the item was counted more than once.

Added additional removal option for system messages. “Error” and “Success” messages can still be swiped off the screen by users however for those who prefer to click rather than swipe, there is now an X symbol included on the message which can be tapped to remove the message from the screen.

Return language changed. “Select Return Destination” has been changed to “Select Return Source” for improved clarity.

Improved batch error messaging. When validating items to be added to a batch if an item cannot be added an error message will appear indicating for the user why an item cannot be added.

For SEDC only: Customer name added to requisition. When submitting a requisition, the organization/company name will now appear on the requisition email that is sent to the specified distribution list.

Location numbers now display in addition to location names in Item Inquiry.

Serial numbers available to print. Within the Print module, users can now print a barcode label with a serial number if their label code includes a serial number value. Selecting the serial number is entirely optional, barcode labels can still be printed for serialized items without selecting. If you’re interested in taking advantage of this feature, please contact the help desk to have a label format added to your MOBILETrak instance that includes a serial number.
SEDC customers now able to view received quantity in Item Inquiry. This new column reflects quantities that have been received but are not yet invoiced and therefore not yet part of the on-hand quantity.

FIXES:
For NISC only: Requisitions bugs fixed. Customers experiencing issues with the requisitions module will no longer see any buyers listed that do not have a buyer property set in NISC. Additionally, if a requisition authorization type is not required the user can now submit the requisition without an authorization type without error.
