Cycle Count Setting Added and Default Behavior Changed.
Previously by default the Cycle Count module allowed the user to increment or decrement the quantity the user was counting. With this change, the DEFAULT behavior is now to REPLACE the quantity the user is counting. IN ADDITION, a setting has been added within the Settings Module which allows the user to turn on the ability to add and remove multiple cumulatively added quantities. This Setting is in Settings > Inventory Options > and titled “Cumulative Counts”.

“Previously Counted Quantity” added to Cycle Count Item Details. In “List View” users were able to preview the quantity counted in MOBILETrak before submitting their counts to the ERP. This improvement brings that visibility to the “Item Detail View” within the Cycle Count module.

Cycle Count Variance Warning Adjusted To Appear Upon Save. Previously the “Count Variance Warning” would appear upon entry of a quantity. MOBILETrak would validate the quantity entered and throw a warning if the quantity did not match the “on-hand” quantity existing in the ERP. With this change the “Count Variance Warning” (optional within the Settings Module) will appear only when the user “saves” their count.
