Altamaha EMC Adds MOBILETrak WMS for UPN to Their Bag of Tricks
Altamaha Electric Membership Corporation serves 7 counties throughout the state of Georgia with safe, reliable, and affordable power. In order to do this most efficiently, Altamaha recently enlisted ID Solution’s MOBILETrak Cloud WMS solution to come on-site and assist with the reorganization and setup of their 5 warehouses. ID Solutions installation team spent three days on-site setting up and labeling bin locations, assigning items to those locations, and labeling the items throughout the warehouses. Additionally, the team trained Altamaha’s staff from operations, purchasing, and the warehouse on all aspects of the WMS. Altamaha can now perform real-time transactions across the organization. Whether they’re counting their inventory, moving their material through its usage life cycle, or simply requesting new material, they’re able to do so in real-time using barcodes to save time and ensure accuracy.
