Sussex Rural Electric Coop Becomes First MOBILETrak iXp Cloud Customer
In August the ID Solutions installation team arrived in picturesque Sussex, NJ to welcome Sussex Rural Electric Cooperative into the MOBILETrak Cloud family. Several other Daffron iXp customers are currently utilizing an on-premise version of the MOBILETrak WMS system but this year SREC became the first to benefit from a new integration with the MOBILETrak Cloud platform. The team at Sussex was trained on how to perform all their daily inventory transactions in a simple easy-to-use manner, right from their desktop or mobile devices with a scanner. From picking work orders to receiving purchase orders, charging out and returning material, as well as inventory counting and label printing, they can now do it all on-demand and in real-time, with inventory changes immediately communicated back to iXp, SREC’s host ERP system.
